​Dr.  Wan Mansor Wan Mahmood has been a former Professor at UiTM Cawangan Terengganu. Having been Graduated from the Western Michigan University, the U.S for his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, he then pursued his Master of Business Administration (MBS) (Finance) in the University of New Haven, Connecticut, the U.S. His academic career started way back in 1986 when he became a lecturer at Institute Teknologi MARA (ITM) . In 1999, Dr Wan Mansor obtained his PhD in Financial Economics from the University of Wales, Bangor, the U.K., Which focused on Non-Linear Dependence of Returns, Volatility and Trading Volume in Currency Future Markets.  Having been the only professor at UiTM Cawangan Terengganu from 2009 until 2016, because of his retirement, Dr. Wan has contributed massively to UiTMCT’s publications records, researches, and writings. Many of lecturers have been tutored and coached by Dr. Wan particularly in researches and publications. As a scholar in the fields of Finance, Economics, and Business, Dr. Wan has had countless opportunities to successfully supervise many PhD and master’s Degree candidates in this field. Not, to Forget, his publications have been cited extensively by many. Even after retirement, his knowledge and expertise have continued to be acknowledge as he has been currently appointed as the Chairman of Terengganu Training Centre (UTC) Sdn. Bhd. And designated as one of the boards of Trustee of Yayasan Terengganu. He is happily married and has been bestowed with many children and grandchildren.
